How will I receive my rewards?

In-game resources will be sent to the account ID provided by you in the form via in-game mail. And Valkyries’ Favor will be prolonged directly on the account you sign up with.
What if I don’t meet the criteria for the program?

Continue to develop your channel and apply again as soon as you meet the requirements for the 1st Rank :)
How long will it take to be approved?

It usually takes 1 to 5 days to process an application. You will receive a response to the email you provided upon submission.
What if I want to receive my rewards on a different account?

Please let us know your new game ID you want to receive bonuses on via the hwm-creators@nexters.com email. Important: it is impossible to receive bonuses on 2 accounts simultaneously.

Do I qualify if my channel covers other games besides Hero Wars?

In order to qualify for the program, Hero Wars content must cover over 50% of your channel.
